Access Point DAP-2310 supports the 802.11n standard is the ideal solution for building or increasing the capacity of wireless networks. This access point is used primarily for networking in public places such as airports, coffee shops, shopping malls, sports facilities and campuses. Access Point DAP-2310 can function as a base station for connecting to a wireless network device of the standards 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n.
DAP-2310 allows you to create a manageable and reliable wireless network 802.11n. Two detachable antennas provide optimal wireless coverage in the 2.4GHz band (802.11g and 802.11n) using the increased power of the transmitter, which helps eliminate "dead zones" and increase throughput.

DAP-2310 provides wireless connectivity at speeds up to 300 Mbit / s in the 2.4 GHz band. Support for Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMMTM ) Quality of Service makes it an ideal access point for audio, video, and voice applications. In addition, DAP-2310 supports load balancing to ensure maximum performance by limiting the number of users per access point.
To provide a comprehensive network protection, DAP-2310 supports the latest wireless security technologies, using both versions of the data encryption standard Personal and Enterprise WPA and WPA 2 (802.11i) with support for server, RADIUS, which allows users to create their own accounts. In addition, the access point supports MAC-address filtering, segmentation of the wireless LAN, barring the broadcast SSID, the detection of illegal connections and wireless network performance in Broadcast Scheduling. DAP-2310 supports up to 8 VLAN, which allows multiple SSID for the implementation of network segmentation. DAP-2310 also supports wireless client isolation mechanism, which limits direct "client-client."
Modes of operation
To optimize network performance DAP-2310 can be configured in any of the following modes: Access Point, Wireless Client, WDS, and WDS with AP. With WDS support, network administrators can install multiple access points DAP-2310 and configure them to bridge, providing customers with access to a private network. In the AP DAP-2310 also incorporates advanced features such as load balancing (for optimal voice traffic on the network) and redundancy (for fail-safe wireless connection). In addition, support for Spanning Tree Protocol to more efficient data transmission by avoiding broadcast storm mode WDS.
