A fast, reliable connection to devices
Access Point D-Link DAP-1525 can function as a base station for connecting to a wireless network device of the standards 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n. DAP-1525 can operate in two frequency bands 802.11n technology to support SmartBeam: You can select a range of 2.4 GHz for compatibility with devices standards 802.11b/g/n, or 5 GHz for a stable connection with the 802.11a / n devices. Mode of the device - the bridge (bridge): works the same as "wireless client", but provides simultaneous access to the network for multiple devices connected using Ethernet-cable (as opposed to the regime, "wireless client"). Access Point DAP-1525 has four built-in Gigabit LAN ports with support for QoS; just connect wired devices to the ports in order of importance, and the DAP-1525 will automatically configure QoS for you. You can also connect a USB-printer or network storage and gain share them via the function SharePort D-Link.
Technology SmartBeam
Using a unique smart antenna D-Link, the access point DAP-1525 automatically adjusts its coverage to optimize the connection of each authorized wireless client. This extends the range of network coverage and minimize interference, provides high-speed connections, and even save power by adjusting the amount of power used for wireless connections.
Double wireless network coverage
Multiple antennas of the access point DAP-1525 double provide wireless coverage over the standard antenna, except for the dead zone. Connect the device at a great distance from the central point of access and enjoy a reliable connection to your network inside, outside and around the house.
Safety and reliability
WPA/WPA2 encryption protocols prevent unauthorized access to network traffic. You can also customize the guest areas to provide limited network access to individual wireless devices, as well as a timetable, it allows off your wireless network when you are away from your home or office.
