The 10G InfniBand Twinaxial Cable is designed to support high-speed connections for 10 Gbps Ethernet devices1. DEM-CB100 is an ideal solution for cost-effective, high-speed networking connectivity between D-Link switches, and other devices within a rack or in adjacent racks.
Ideal for High-Bandwidth Operation
The 10G InfniBand Twinaxial Cable supports speeds of up to 10 Gbps over distances of up to 1 metre. This 10GBase-CX4 cabling runs over four pairs of twinaxial copper wiring, resulting in low latency, and supports the InfniBand fabric’s quality of service (QoS) and failover features. The result is an optimal solution for handling high bandwidth transmission over short distances.
10GBase-CX4 Connectors
DEM-CB100 features screw-type connectors at both ends, and can be used as a physical stacking cable or uplink cable for D-Link’s DGS-3120 L2 Managed Stackable Gigabit Switch series.
1It is recommended that the 10G InfiniBand Twinaxial Cables are only used with D-Link products.
