The DAS-4672 system is the IP-DSLAM access solution tailored to meet customer requirements for high-speed remote access and subscriber aggregation. The DAS-4672 can accommodate up to 14 line cards. With the high bandwidth flexible backplane design, the system combines variety technologies to meet various kinds of market requirements.

The DAS-4672 IP-DSLAM also provides Gigabit Ethernet network control cards with redundancy to secure the "always on" service. In an increasingly competitive environment, the DAS-4672 provides simple and reliable delivery of high demand applications. With 48-port subscriber line cards, the DAS-4672 offers a high-density solution that can scale commensurately to subscribers' demands. At a maximum density of 672 subscribers per
shelf, the DAS-4672 offers one of the highest density Broadband Access solutions in the industry.

The DAS-4672 IP-DSLAM is an extremely cost-effective application delivery solution ideal for numerous network topologies. It enables traditional services including email, Internet access, file transfer, and VoIP telephony. It provides an ideal platform for launching new IPbased services and application bundles. Triple play service delivery, combining a variety of video and entertainment services with broadband access and IP voice becomes possible in an all-IP deployment scenario based on the IP-DSLAM. This latest generation IP-DSLAM represents a strategic investment in applications that deliver today and well into the future.
